Eric Laffoley – Professional Facilitator

A dedicated professional facilitator, who has designed and delivered a wide range of sales programs for entrepreneurs. From his profound understanding of the sales process he has developed a unique approach to sales and marketing by teaching his students how to “let the customer buy”.

As a successful Entrepreneur himself, his business background includes owning and operating a number of businesses including Creative Discovery.  In addition, he has taken on the role of facilitator and sales coaching teaching the “Laffoley's Sales Techniques” to entrepreneurs internationaly.

Eric understands the adult learning process. His passion is to pass on to business owners and entrepreneurs a sales process and specific sales skills which supports them to be successful in growing their businesses. Creative Discovery clients have also included many larger companies in the field of communication, software development, manufacturing, and distribution.

He has taken the proven core programs that have been successfully presented in a seminar format for over 25 years.

Eric’s mandate is to offer to any entrepreneur, or business owner anywhere in the world, the opportunity to learn the “Laffoley Sales Techniques” and change their focus from pushing products or services to simply “letting their customers buy”. 

Margareta Laffoley – Sales Coach and Facilitator

Margareta has been an entrepreneur since she purchased a manufacturing company at the age of 25. She has a deep belief in the entrepreneurial spirit. She has dedicated her time over the last 25 years as a sales consultant and sales coach delivering the “Laffoley's SalesTechniques.” 

Together with her partner Eric, they have worked with great success with many large companies, such as ESRI, Media Metrix and Ecolab as well as a variety of smaller entrepreneurial companies like Strategic Coach, Genus and Innovative Traffic Solutions coaching them to expand their businesses by enhancing their sales approach.

Margareta has a great passion to work both as a sales coach and facilitator with entrepreneurs and small business owners that are motivated to build prosperous and flourishing companies.
